The kickpad technique and endurance training completes every daily training session at the Thut Ti Lethwei Gym. The fighters go five rounds of four minutes each, with one minute breaks in between. Here you can see Saw Gaw Mu Do performing rounds 2, 3 and 4 of his daily kickpad training.
